01 : Colombo - Kandy ( D)
Upon arrival at Colombo airport
you will be met and transferred
Kandy. Afternoon at leisure.
Late evening visit Temple of

Day
02 : Kandy (B,D)
Breakfast at the hotel After
breakfast we take you for a
half day city tour of Kandy
the last capital of Sri Lankan
Kings. Visit the Bazaar, the
Arts & Craft Center and
a Gems Museum and Lapidary.
In the afternoon visit the Botanical
Gardens in Peradeniya, first
built as a pleasure garden by
a Sinhala king. It is 147 acres
in extent and provides an amazing
variety of trees, plants and
flowers Dinner and overnight

Day
03 : Kandy Nuwara Eliya (B,D)
Breakfast at the hotel. After
breakfast drive to Nuwara Eliya.
Enroute visit a Tea Plantation
and Tea Factory. Situated 2000
meters above sea level, Nuwara
Eliya with its invigorating
mountain climate and scenery
is Sri Lanka's most popular
hill resort, with a fine bracing
mountain climate. It is also
the heart of Sri Lanka's tea
country producing a fair share
of the world's best tea. Sri
Lanka's highest mountain Pidurutalagala
(8282 ft.) is located here.
Nuwara Eliya also has one of
the finest 18 hole Golf courses
in South Asia. Evening at leisure.

04 : Nuwara Eliya Hambantota
(B,D)
Breakfast at the hotel. After
Breakfast drive to Hambantota.
Enroute visit Sita Eliya Temple
one of the temples of great
Hindu values. After lunch
at the hotel we take you for
a jeep safari at Bundala National
Park, one of the larges in
Sri Lanka. Bundala is the
home of wild elephants, wild
buffalo, deer, crocodiles,
birds and other wild animals.
Dinner and over night at the
hotel.

Day
05 : Hambantota Galle (B,D)
After breakfast drive to Galle
the one time chief port of Ceylon.
Galle is also famous for handmade
lace, tortoise shell curios
and ebony elephants. Then we
take you for a half day city
tour of Galle to visit the 90
acre Galle Fort, which was originally
founded by the Portuguese and
later extended by the Dutch
in 1663. The fort houses many
buildings and also a museum
of Dutch period. Dinner and
overnight at the hotel. |
Day
06 : Galle - Colombo (B,D)
Breakfast at the hotel. After
breakfast rest of the day is
at leisure to relax on the beach.
Then we drive to Colombo to
reach there by evening. Evening
at leisure. Dinner and over
night at the hotel. |

07 : Colombo Departure (B,D)
After breakfast at the hotel
we take you for a half day city
tour. Visit Old Parliament,
the New Parliament in Sri Jayawardenapura,
the Residential Areas, the BMICH
(The Bandaranaike Memorial International
Conference Hall, Ceramic Corporation
Show Room, the Fort, Majestic
City Shopping Complex, House
of Fashion, and the Odel Unlimited
Dress Boutique and The Folk
Art Center. In the afternoon
transfer to the hotel to connect
your flight to onward destination. |
