Please note that these are suggestions and individuals suffering any particular disease like High Blood Pressure, Diabetes and Asthma will have to carry the specific drugs prescribed.

COMMON DRUGS:

1. TAB. ZUPAR/ DAN-P: Fever, Body ache and any muscular pain

(1 SOS max 3)

2. TAB. CYCLOMEFF: Abdominal Pain, Loose motions, Menstrual pain in females (1 SOS max 3)
3. CAP. ZYRTEC D : Allergies, rashes and Insect bites (1 SOS)
4. TAB. RABELOC D : Nausea, vomiting and acidity  (1 daily)
5. TAB. AVOMINE: Vomiting and Motion Sickness (To be taken 30 mins before journey commences.
6. ANTIBIOTICS TAB. DOXY 100mg ( 1—1) TAB.CIPRODAC 500mg(1—1)
7. Bandage, Band aid and Scissors
8. EYE EAR DROPS common
9. Silverex Skin cream/ Adsorb talc for groins and socks.

EMERGENCY DRUGS: Preferably under Medical supervision

1. TAB.LASIX 2.TAB.DERIPHYLINE 3.TAB.WYSOLONE 4.TAB.SORBITRATE

5. Disposable syringes 5 ml (4) with spirit swabs

6. DISPOSABLE OXYGEN CYLINDERS for High altitudes.

PS. Persons with regular daily Medicines should carry drugs lasting for at least 3 extra days than the duration of stay.
